No... my example was even if he steals with the right intensions, the action is bad, so no matter how good your intensions are the action is bad, so it is bad, you can't do a bad action and a good action at once.

If the criminal has the ability to kill every one. Say he has a weapon, then okay thats fine because it's not a matter of lesser evil's its a matter of saving people. If he has no weapon and wants to kill every one but doesn't have the ability to, then no you shouldn't kill him.

Let me explain. There is a law of logic called the law of non contradiction. Meaning you cannot be something and not win at the same time.

So you can't have a right to an opinion, because what if my opinion is that you have none.
