I could not deal with the monitor like that, I like my wide screen to much(even if half of it is white space right now ).

sure, that's is rotate-able easily..
the monitor is for design HTML and demonstrate & simulating the most use resolution smartphone (800x480 px) :p

Please don't tell me you're always using portrait mode.

That's why I don't trust others with fixing my problems . I can mess things up enough on my own.(At least I know what I did so I can possibly fix it though)

They didn't fix anything. That's just how it came.
