Are you sure it's only a guest login problem?
I just visited your chat installation and got the following error when trying to login:
Query: SELECT COUNT(userID) AS numRows FROM ajax_chat_online WHERE userID = '466153021' OR userName = '(testing)'; Error-Report: Table 'vnsay.ajax_chat_online' doesn't exist Error-Code: 1146
So it seems you didn't create the database tables properly.
Have a look the the FAQ:
How to setup the database tables
wow! thank you for help, exactly that member can't login chat, if they don't login forum before that.

I have dropped 3 database tables of chat before you visited. I will insert database again and hope you visit, fix it for me.
I register a new user for test, this user can login forum but can't login in chat. (Sure, you don't login forum before login chat)
User : testchat
Pass : testchat

When you logout chat, and login again, you will redirect error page
https://vnsay.com/forums/member.php ? I don't know why, because https://vnsay.com/forums/member.php still exist page of forum. (with IE)

https://vnsay.com/forums/chat/?channelNa...ame=Public (firefox)

after fail login, I try open link http://vnsay.com/forums/chat (what do you see?)
I'm sorry, but I don't know what's wrong on your setup.
Normally, if you provide a password on the chat login page you should be logged in to the forum (through the member.php page) and redirected to the chat.
Somehow this doesn't seem to work properly on your installation.

Anyway, the login seems to work for guest logins.
Forum users can just login to the forum and then visit the chat - they will be logged in automatically.
thanks!
Do you think this error because host server ?
Might be - but I'm not sure about that.
thanks
Noooo! The link doesnt work anymore! I needed that shoutbox!
Check out the Mod section it might be there.
That is a very nice Ajax Chat. However, it would have been perfect if it didn't keep the previous chat sessions. Is there is anyway to force it clear up those old chat sessions without having to do that manually?

Regards
