Yeah, you can. I'm sure is talking about the leased license which will be no more, so you will have to upgrade to an owned license, if I'm wrong, then I guess he/she/it needs their heads checked and their eyes.

AVC, if you're so sure you have a case against vB, why don't you make a case against them, take them to court, and if you win, you can prove us all wrong. This really isn't the place to keep discussing this though. If you have an issue with the vB licencing, talk to vB about it. I'm sure they know what they're doing, they're not idiots.
