If you upgrade, you will lose any custom modifications you made in templates or css. This is how upgrading works with Default theme as well. You need to keep record of custom changes and reapply them after upgrade. There are upgrade instructions in the Installation.rtf file.
Ok, i update it but now none of my plugins work. I tried to deactivate and activate and nothing happens. OneAllSocial plugin doesnt show on my pages. Any idea ?

Can i filter the colour scheme based on device? Example light colour for mobile but dark colour on desktop? Thanks
Maybe it is possible, but you need to write some php code. See here how they change theme depending on language. With php you can check the use agent instead and change the theme like in their example:

It works for me. Does you MyBB version match the BootBB version? (for each release of BootBB it says on which MyBB it runs best)
