You can remove the javascript block at the end of
index_stats template.
You can add a search form anywhere you like. I have a custom google site search form on my
forum in the upper corner.

He did not have time to maintain it and several years ago the theme stopped working correctly with newer versions of MyBB. Since I was using the theme for my
forum I was making the necessary updates to the theme and posted them here to help other users of the theme. Xiraa noticed that and invited me as a theme contributor, so that I could upload my updates directly to the theme official page.
I almost had no other communication with Xiraa until 22 november when I received a notification from MyBB that I was removed as a contributor an I saw that the theme was also removed.
So I have no idea what happened.
If anyone needs the latest version of the theme, I can send it.
I guess I can also create a new theme page and upload it to MyBB Themes site because the theme used the GNU license which permits copying and distributing the software freely as seen from the
WayBackMachine .
I haven't updated the theme recently, because MyBB does only security updates for MyBB 1.8 and this does nor require any changes to the theme. The last version of the theme was 14 I think.
So I do not know what to do and whether it is worth the efforts to create a new project. I do not know how many people are interested in the theme or are using it. And when MyBB release the 2.0 version, the theme will be incompatible and will continue to only work with the legacy 1.8.

That's very strange.
I know from the German support forum that some people there use BootBB and I think there is a general interest in the MyBB community in the continued existence of the style.
It would be great if you could generate a new upload and take care of the style if time allows.

Nobody can say clearly when MyBB 1.9 will come! There aren't many usable responsive themes that are up to date for 1.8, so I definitely see a need for BootBB
