What steps have you taken?? It won't happen if mod_security isn't enabled, unless they've setup something else.
mod_security was never installed...
Then you'll need to ask your host what was causing it to begin with, mod_security is the only think we know of that causes this.
He told me it was my htacces
There isn't even a .htaccess in there by default, if that was causing the 403 error, it wasn't put there by us.
This is just dumb its something else

If this is still happening then your host did and still does have mod_security enabled, I know of nothing else that causes this.
My host says mod_security is not installed. Ill bug him more asking...

For the above fix to work your hosting must be using an Apache Server only.
