it says that donations are disabled by the admin... how can i enable it? i dont see an option for that...

go to settings in admin -> Tera Donation Module v1.2 (29 Settings) -> then
Accept Donations?
Choose whether you like to accept donations from people or not choose yes.. u also need to continue setup ur preferences 2 b able 2 accept donations ..

Any idea Tera module doesn't gets showed up in my ACP? PS: I have edited my default admin's directory path.

I assume u r talking abt 'donors' tab where u can manage donors . right?
well, u need to setup admin permissions to be able to see/manage donors

from ur admin panel go to 'User & Groups -> 'Admin Permissions' -> select which admin u need to give the permission to manage donors -> 'Donors' tab
and set :
Can browse and manage donors?
Yes
Can view donations Statistics?
Yes

Oh I thought it would be by default, haha, thanks a lot. :]

I have this enabled and set up but I can't seem to find any links to the donation page, nor is the donation goal bar showing up.

The only way I can see to get to the donation page is by manually going to it's location.

Any ideas?

make sure the modules templates are successfully inserted for example check 'header' templates for {$teradonate_notice}{$teradonate_bar} ..
if they are missing try deactivate/reactivate the plugin

They are both in there but the bar still isn't showing

strange.. .. can u tell me when u visit donate.php do u get any error?

Nope, there's no errors and as far as I can see the script works fine.
