seems its templates issue.. if you use a cache system .. try to clear the cache.. do simple change to the header template for example enter ####### and see if it appears in the page.. enable start/end template comments ..and see if anything related to the plugin there..
btw I got the bar visible with same settings u entered in ur screenshot..(on a Fresh and default Mybb 1.6 theme)

I'm having a problem with this plugin, I've added all of the things and done all of the things in this thread, to do with the goal bar not showing on any page.

Please help me I need this for my clan members to see what kind of donations we are bringing in and the top donators of the clan is.

well I think u missed something in the settings ..

can u give me screenshots for:
1. your settings
2. source code of the middle part of the page where u expect donation bar to appear

common problem 2 consider:
1. your group isn't allowed to donate or plugin not configure properly: to confirm visit donate.php in ur forum
2. templates wasn't updated with plugins modification: check ur templates
3. templates are updated but cached: so u need to clear the cache..

Target amount should be ONLY integer like 50 without pound sign..

Cant you make it so its can be used in doanting .00 because my donation schme requires it.
