It installs. But even after turning on my Admin permissions for this plugin, it still doesn't show up in the tab. Not for me, not for Guests (which are included) or anyone. Do you have any special settings that need to be used for third-party themes?

it looks like the programmer is no longer developing the mod. The last update is from 2018-09-23 and his homepage is also no longer available
