thanks, well if you've some testing forum, I've included a modifed
donate.php file in the attachment,
can u test it and report back whether it fixes the problem number 2 ( invalid donation amount).
Meanwhile if anybody found some other problems, pls post here so that I try fix them all in the coming point release.

I uploaded the plugin to my site, but I don't see anything regarding donations on the interface. Do I need to do anything else? (I read the instructions and thought I did everything I needed to).

at the moment the plugin has no widgets, it may be added in upcoming versions ..
Why can I not find this plugin when I search in the
mod db?
Also, I noticed that in the settings when you select which groups can donate, you only check against a user's Primary User Group. I think it should also check if the user is in a another group as well.
For example:
Only users in group Apple can donate.
The user has group Banana set as the primary user group, but the user also happens to be in group Apple.
In the settings page, if only group Apple is selected (and not Banana), then the user would not be able to post.
