Hi,
I'm using the BootBB template and this plugin doesn't show up, so I checked for the above lines of code. In my "header" template I do not have
{$menu_portal} - is it possible to add it, and if so where would I do this?

Use the Donation option. This is how I have it set up on my website as shown in the screenshots.
You can use Paypal only or both Paypal and Cryptocurrency. The difference is when you select 'Payment Option' and the button at the bottom changes to whichever selection is clicked on.

What was the CSS for this?
From what I understand, most plugins use the theme's setup including the theme's CSS files.
That's from my theme on my website.
From another theme on my website, this screenshot shows a slightly different layout but still shows the necessary information and option boxes.
Again, this plugin is following whatever CSS is for that theme to show the upgrade.php page.

Can you tell me which themes support this plugin? Also, where can you get the paid version? All the links I've seen are dead.

All of the links are dead on my side of it.
If that is true, then I don't know where anyone can get support for either the Free or Paid version of CoderMe Donation.
Most up-to-date themes should be able to handle the plugin.
That's all I can tell you at the moment.
