Also there are no images showing by the "Forum Contains New Posts", "Forum Contains No New Posts", "Forum Is Locked" on the homepage. Why is this and how can I fix it?

Your images folder is not loading, please check you have uploaded Upload folder present inside theme.
I feel that you have not uploaded that folder hence they are not loading. Follow the readme inside the theme package.

Remove position: fixed from .header in global.css in admin CP.

Not working..still forum logo with admin cp, user cp etc scroll down with page scrolling.
