I tried to switch the top menu to the second menu and tried the method the other person mentioned during this thread, but it ended up messing it up for me. I don't suppose you could help me?

<div style="float: right;">{$welcomeblock}</div> in Header and replace the quicksearch.
This is the result;

For Some reason it completely removes (Hides/Overlaps) the Bar.
Sorry if you receive 500 Internal Error, think it's something on the end of 000Web. (just refresh a few times)

In download folder, I haven't found the .xml file.

You are doing it wrong, you have to modify both header_welcomeblock_guest and header_welcomeblock_member template and than it will work gine.
