IIRC, you cannot quote yourself.

when i taggen someone and then someone qoute my post, the tag isnt works.

It has always been this way. Why do you want the person tagged again in the quote, if the person was already tagged in the original post?

It's just not designed to work this way.

Is there a way to turn off the private messaging aspect of this?

I can remember the settings but leaving the PM message field empty works IIRC.

Thanks! That attachment fixed it for me too. I was wondering why it wasn't working. But, that version fixed the problem.
