Hi. I install the plugins. i add my server in Admin panel. But me server it's all Offline. How can fix? this problem ?

what if a teamspeak server is using tsdns, for example my teamspeak address is : ts.domain.com
without using the IP:port

Does not work on AdminCP, when i go to www.mywebsite.com/admin/index.php?module=config-serversboard

It says i don't have premission to view this page. I have the latest version (15). The other settings work just fine.
