IF YOU CANNOT SEE YOUR SERVER ONLINE AND YOU KNOW THEY ARE "ONLINE" THEN YOUR WEBHOST HAS BLOCKED THAT PORT.
TEAMSPEAK 3 EXAMPLE:

GAMESERVER EXAMPLE:
167.88.10.90:7778
I TELL MY WEBHOST TO PLEASE ALLOW THESE PORTS:
36580, 7778
ONCE YOUR WEBHOST HAS UNBLOCKED THESE PORTS THEN YOUR SERVERS WILL NOW SHOW AS ONLINE. IF THEY DON'T SHOW AS ONLINE, YOU TYPED SOMETHING WRONG OR YOU MIGHT NEED TO ADD PERMISSIONS TO THE GUEST GROUP (some hosts).....see below.
1. Connect to your ts3 server.
2. Click on the "Permissions" link at the top of your window.
3. Select "Server Groups".
4. Stay in the "Server Groups" tab.
5. In the center window at the bottom of page, make sure you have "Show names" selected and not "Show descriptions". If you don't see anything...click the "wrench" looking icon to toggle.
6. In the far left box, select "Guest" (8).
7. Near the top of page in the "Filter text box" enter this:
