Just reporting a small issue with certain mysql database versions. This happens when trying to install the plugin on my friends website.

How to add new game? I want to add 7 Days To Die

I updated the plugin to gameq 3.0 as in this post

but when I add the server it gives me error 500... (in ACP is all ok, but on index I have error 500)

Does the plugin support CS 1.6?

Yes, because in 2.0 cs1.6 servers were showing offline (for me) thats way i updated to 3.0 and now it shows online

As for 500 Error hard to say why its happening ( are you sure you didint missed a step, have you renamed files ? )
