Yes, I am using 1.8.3 of MyBB.

I'm asking because your forum loads .gif images for icons.
MyBB 1.8.x uses png graphics for icons.

Oh, that weird. It says I am using MyBB 1.8.3. Do you know how I would fix that? Do I need to re install MyBB?

no need to reinstall
check in your admin panel
go to
top tab configuration and on menu in left go to "post icons"
there u can see all images that are missing

That worked, but my smilies are still not working!

do the same
except for searching for "post icons"
search for "Smilies"
