Usually when something is good written, there is nothing to update.. (I mean about the features, not the software itself.)
I am talking about say they are using twig 1.3 will they upgrade it to twig 1.4 when its comes out etc.
I would imagine so in less it's a major version change like I know Yii is working on 2.0.
We'll probably upgrade maintenance releases between minor versions, and feature releases between major versions.

It's not that long. Seems strange to me that people are saying a very long time. Look how long vBulletin released 4.0 and SMF's development of their major versions. phpBB?

We have a perfect reason for hiding information. It might change as we develop the software.
