so far i found this one http://community.mybb.com/announcement-25.html and it just talk about 2.0 at top of the thread and then finish with 1.8 version. i also didn't found on github.

2.0 is a private repository at the moment that only team members can access. It'll be opened up once the base is finished and ready for contributors. You can always apply to join the team by posting a thread in the Private Inquiries section detailing your skills and your experience.

MyBB 2.0 is currently in very early stages of development and is a long way off being released so please do not ask about when it will be released, it will be released as soon as it's ready.
