No problem! We're glad that people are excited about MyBB 2.0, but we don't want to promise a date or timeframe yet in case something happens. As it stands right now, the development is moving pretty quickly. It's not going to be "soon" by most people's standards, but it's not terribly far out, at this rate.

It will almost definitely be launched within that timescale.

I'd put $5 on the public alpha being by the end of 2015.
Can't wait for this to come out!
