I don't really test anything in IE anymore because for the most part if you start with a reset and follow standards it will look ok.
20% IE users. Chrome is taking over at last, though I'd much prefer that Opera would.
Honestly, I don't like opera.

I hope they use ems. Ems are much for relative, rather than a margin that could be puny on a 2560x1600 monitor, but huge on 800x600 (idk who uses 800x600 any more, but still...)
Percentages might be even better, though.
Please not percentages >.> I hate using percentages and trying to get them to look right across browsers using different box models (eg: IE).
