Prove that you've done any research whatsoever and post their names.

I'm aware that quite a few companies don't allow under 18s to use their services, and I think that's what he means by 'legally'. Frankly, it's actually a matter of policy as opposed to law.

As a company, we're happy to have under 18s hosted with us provided that laws are not contradicted and that they, like all of our other clients, can behave in a mature manner, pay bills on time etc. It also depends on if they're allowed to use the payment method concerned, and if they're past restrictions such as COPPA.

2) Do you believe in civil partnerships/gay marriage?
3) Should people be allowed to carry weapons in a public place provided they have a license for such items?
4) Do you believe in the idea of a welfare state?

I am not speaking about trivial matters here.

Children’s social networks, forums and chatrooms are ideal platforms for a pedophile to prey on children while pretending to be a respectable members of society.

Unfortunately there is nothing really you can do or say while the laws are still there LEGALLY for reasons and for all of us to obey by.

Unfortunately there is nothing really you can do while the laws are still there LEGALLY for reasons many reasons and for all of us to obey by.

1) The four matters I mentioned are hardly trivial, and I'm surprised that you're naive enough to refer to them in such a way. By the way, given your previous series of blanket statements, that's not exactly changed my view on you.
2) I don't see how laws could be there illegally unless they contradicted the constitution?
3) Yes, they're there for us to obey by, but you completely dodged my point. Children can host and create sites legally provided that they're over certain age restrictions imposed by acts such as COPPA, and provided that they comply with the provider's conditions.
4) Social networking sites are, for the most part, locations which legitimate people can contact each other, remember past occasions, share photos and videos and perform other such innocent activities. If everybody using these sites, whether young or old, only adds people who they can confirm they know and trust in person, there should be no issue - and 99.9999% of the time there isn't. It's just the few (from many backgrounds and age groups) who do foolish things such as adding those whom they do not know that create an image of negativity around such services.

You've just dodged the entire point - again. I'd love to see you become a politician.

As a rule, AdSense do have that policy - but yet again, they won't object to extra ad revenue and payouts, so it's likely they'll "overlook" that if you have a bank account. They don't ask for age verification from what I recall, and if they do, all they can do is cancel an account and the young person can move on.

Also, who says that the young person will be using their parents' money? It's more than common these days for young people to have bank accounts as mentioned countless times previously, so they could easily use their own finances and pay for it that way.

I believe you have to be at least 18 to use any of PayPal's services, period. Unless you have seen otherwise, that is.
As far as I know, The Forum Forge only allows PayPal. You need to be 18+ to use that. Most people break that rule and PayPal doesn't seem to care, though.
