I hope that a lot of beta testers and plugin authors could put your hands on it before us then we´ll get a piece of cake (easy and clean upgrade and install) with some compatible plugins when it´s released

The other devs (there are about 5 devs) also worked on MyBB 1.4, but you asked who developed most of it.
