knowledge to give mybb users please,1.4 end state about.

I look forward to the 1.4 release and like many I am very excited to see it in action and upgrade to it but I am patient enough to wait for however long they need to get it solid. We have all year long folks.

Same here. MyBB 1.4's kinda like MODx CMS's 0.9.7 --- the developers want to have a polished product ship out, instead of rushed, buggy code.

By chance could anyone say if 1.4 is gonna have the same color theme as this has? Same Blue/white/gray etc? If you cant say thats cool. And sorry if i missed a post somewhere about the colors.

Wishing not a request as i know that is closed for 1.4 anyways. Hopefully links etc are underlined as well.

Same theme as in the 1.2.x series will be in 1.4.

Although, IIRC, it includes updated stuff like the smilies, or maybe the new pagenation CSS (that was used earlier) --- if that was kept.

Thanks! Thankfully mybb makes it easy to add underlines to the links and stuff like that.

I personally don't mind if MyBB is later than anyone expected. Just as long as it is a good quality product with none/very little rare bugs.
PHPBB3 is a big example of planning gone wrong- IIRC it was meant to be phpbb2.2 but they got way over excited and it wasn't compatible. Then it took 5 years to make, and the GOLD version (after 5 beta's and 8 RC's) is still buggy.

I hope this doesn't happen in MyBB, just take your time, and do a good job in the end, we will all be happy!
