Yes, MyBB is the best out there. Unbloated and FREE and has nearly all the features as vBulletin.

No it doesn't mean that it will be out by February. We've already said that 1.4 and 1.2 are excluded from that announcement

I dont believe any forum software has done a big release ( 1.4 ) on a weekday. Most i have seen do it on Sundays or even a Saturday and thus i believe we have atleast another week ( If not longer ) if it isnt out today and i seriously doubt it will be out today.
