I don't see your demo

I have a demo of ezGallery Pro at

ezGallery lite 1.0.8 quit working on my 1.8.14 forum...is there a way to update it to the latest version or should I uninstall and upload fresh?

Just uninstall then upload fresh. All data is still saved.

How do you upload images?

Make sure you give the membergroup upload permission. And create a category then you can add images to that category
