how to enable youtube https sites?
I'm having a problem
when a user posts more than 1 video, his post only shows "Only allowed to post 1 video"
however when an Admin/Mod posts more than 1 video it shows them all
I can't find anything to do with permissions causing this problem
(MyBB Version - 1.6.8)
As someone else mentioned, https YouTube videos are not embedding...
I installed that, but got this error after I installed it with every post i wanted to open, with or without Video in it.
Fatal error: Call to a member function load() on a non-object in /www/htdocs/w00f6b94/web/board/inc/plugins/automedia.php on line 1938
I previously used
SIMPLE AUDIO VIDEO EMBEDDER but deactivated it (
not uninstalled yet!) before I activated the
AUTOMEDIA plugin. Anyone knows what this error is about ?

Go to Admin Cp->Configuration->Settings->Posting
Then find there the allowed number of videos to be posted by members
The default is 1
change it to your needs...
then save...
Ok, seems I staying with SIMPLE AUDIO VIDEO EMBEDDER then, since noone knows what that error is I get with the Mod here.

If someone's able to work this (
http://jsfiddle.net/BinaryMuse/5BKYZ/4/ ) into the code for youtube, then it would be greatly appreciated. So that it shows a thumbnail rather than the youtube video, and expands to the video on click.
I think this would stop threads with lots of youtube videos taking a while to load, and on the odd occasion crashing people's browsers.
