I wish there was a setting to force the shoutbox open. Some users seem to have minimised the shoutbox and have forgotten it was there!

Does setting this to "on" solve that?

Configuration -->DVZ Shoutbox

Shoutbox default status
Choose whether Shoutbox window should be expanded or collapsed by default.

Unfortunately not that setting is for when somebody first visits the forum how the shoutbox looks without user action

Hi there,

I've installed this on a forum but whenever I enter text it refreshes the shoutbox and my posts don't appear.

I've checked on another PC and the posts load there.

@devilshakerz - any news about the report button to the shoutbox? Thank you!

Also would love a smiley box open/paste smiley option. (optional in settings)
