my shoutbox did not show the correct timestamps for all entries.
Is some kind of timezone handling implemented?

for testing purpose i set in AdminCP the Date Format to "d M H:i IP"
the output for the chat entry shows "28 Jan 20:32 0+00:00" with modified Date Format (no Daylight Saving and UTC time)

MyBB timezone is UTC+1 (+DaylightSaving)
local timezone UTC+1 (+Daylight Savings)

MyBB 1.8.10
Shoutbox 2.3.1

I have a problem with Shoutbox, she closed automaticly after 1 or 2 messages, i need refresh the page to re display.

Any solution ?

I was having this problem a few days ago.  I also needed to refresh the page to display new Shout messages.

I upgraded MyBB to 1.8.10 and it was fixed.

I don't know what the problem was.

Check the plugin settings on the Refresh interval for the refresh setting a/o away mode for open/close on auto in seconds.

I'm on MyBB 1.8.10

I have disable Away mode

This bug :

Check if you have 2 times the code {$dvz_shoutbox} in your template.
If so delete one.
