You can edit the colors in Square.css.
If using Chrome, use 'Inspect Element' to edit your colors, then click on the .css link (
http://prntscr.com/85spg3) and copy all of the given content in your Square.css (first, delete everything in your Square.css).

The Logo and text below the icons (Like Calender, Members, Index, etc.) aren't there and it just shows the images?

Install the custom plugin that comes with the theme.
Hi, I've just installed this theme onto my Forums. Some of my images aren't there. I've installed the plugin which comes with the theme. My Forum is: shieldforum.co.nf
There's also a problem with the usercp drop down. I've highlighted the problem in the following print screen.

Upload again all the files, the dropdown menu isn't there, what you show me is the avatar.
I've tried uploading all of the files. It seems none of the images are working, I've put them in the correct root folder

Then something is blocking a few things from the square folder to load. The "images" are only icons, loaded from the square folder, that's why I told you to upload again all the files.
Can you give me the url of your forum so I can check?
Hi Sir @eNvy, I have put custom profile fields that are required upon registration, however, they did not appeared on the registration form. Can you kindly help me with this? Thank you so much!
