You have a big ads banner into the top, after that you put the login/register button and also, the navigation menu... the problem is, you didn't adjust this.
I'm sorry but that's a mess that you does on your own, if you want to re-arrange something you need to know how. You have two elements floated to the right, the navigation menu is there because the login/register button comes first, but that isn't even ordered in the right way.
Also, the menu lacks of the font family, that's why is so big that overlaps.
If you want to fix that, think about of the order of the elements, which thing goes to the left and which goes to the right.

Because the code in the header is a mess! haha, you don't need to delete the forum, just re-install the theme and that's all.

I don't remember if I fix this on Square or not, but is better if you use a plugin to force the default avatar on the users who doesn't have one.
