MySQL error: 1146
Table 'certcoll_db1.settinggroups' doesn't exist
Query: DELETE FROM settinggroups WHERE name = 'trashcan' 

Kindly tell me, in "Important messages" why do we have

Important messages (2.0)
and
Important messages upgrade. (1.3.1)

2.0 should be activated or the other one?

If you are on MyBB 1.4.x you should enable 2.0
