what he said really happen in server of user above (i really i don't know why).
but shoutbox work without http:// or https://.
problem that not work in forum of user above is because of user above using 1.6 based theme with prototype.js etc.
i make some changes in headerinclude template to make this plugin work. But i strong recommend to user above to change to 1.8 based theme.
