1- you readed first post and follow install guide?
2- installed too Miuna shoutbox server in openshift?
3- tested with default theme?
4- appear javascript error? if not know how see javascript error so check https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_B...ipt_Errors (step 3 only) and post here javascript error.
5- repeat step 4 too with default theme if you using custom theme.

in configuration of plugin you puted all information necessary? server link, websocket link etc ?

if can so probably you puted incorrect secret key in acp in plugin configuration...
so recreate app in openshift and try again.

I dont have in acp plugin configuration a box with secret key.

so you not using latest version or using unoficial located language file...
of cource that not will work.
if you using some unoficial located language file so remove first, unistall, upload with freash file and install again and repeat again all steps of installation guide.

if using old version so unistall first, download lastest version and upload and install and repeat all steps.

Ok, I repeated the whole operation, cleared all caches, PC, browser, restart the PC and router, removed and reinstalled the plugin and the server on OpenShift and now seems to be okay.
