you can try change socket.io port in ACP...
wss://miunashout-xxxxxx.rhcloud.com:8443 to ws://miunashout-xxxxxx.rhcloud.com:8000
double check
8443 is wss
8000 is ws
if we are not using shoutbox ( inactive session ) then how can we collapse it automatically ?
