I did as you asked and am seeing one error:

I also got a warning:

Unfortunately, no.

Your laptop never did show up, so I decided to keep digging... (lol)


We found that if the editor is set to source mode, the auto-complete menu doesn't show up:




But in "non-source mode", the menu works just fine:




Most of us posting at BTF prefer source mode since when quoting another reply, there's often only one line below the quoted text to start the new comments and sometimes, the new reply accidentally gets placed inside the quote tags.

Have you noticed other instances of the auto-complete menu not working when Mention Me is used in source mode?

Yes, I am aware of that. This is the way that MentionMe has always worked.

If I have time, I will look into adding that feature.

I actually don't think it would be that hard. I'd just have to create a TextareaInterface for source mode and swap the objects out on mode change.

I just have to find the time. I have a lot of promises in front of this one. Just be patient.

Have problem with myBB 1.8.22 and MentionMe 3.2.12 with IE in full editor. There is possible to write only 1 character of word (normal text with no nickname) in "Source mode".
