In the URL settings, change the thread URL scheme to T-{url}.html
Then add the new rewrite rule that will be displayed on the plugins page
Just a quick one frostschutz, or anyone.
The guide above, will that change the urls from .php to .html for a better search engine rank? Or does it just put .html on the end of the url. Sorry for the noob question, I assume it converts the page to .html rather than just adding .html to the name, I just want to make sure.

It's no guide, just a reply to someone who asked how to add .html to the name. It doesn't do anything else, and .html in the name is not required whatsoever.

Do you know if it is worth converting pages .php pages to .html? I understand Google bots prefer .html? and if so do you know of any plugin or guide to help me with this. If I do this will it affect you great SEO plugin at all?

The thread was renamed since and because you already set google_seo_redirect=debug, Google SEO thinks something went wrong when it has to make another redirect to the correct URL, so it shows debug info to admin.
You can disable the Google SEO Redirect Debug setting altogether, as long as you don't get any redirect loops.
