Like this:

http://www.domain.com/Name-Of-Forum-f-fid/Title-Of-Thread-t-tid.html

or

http://www.domain.com/Name-Of-Forum/Title-Of-Thread.html

That's just the basic example, other example's include the post id and multipage links in the url when going to other pages in multipage thread, and clicking threads with new posts, clicking on new threads, or clicking on any thread from the board index.
MyBB uses relative URLs everywhere, so introducing any kind of directory structure causes problems, and even a <base> tag does not work around all of them. That's a limitation of MyBB.

Parameters like page, action, etc. are left in the dynamic URL part (?page=x) because Google prefers it that way.
By the way,

" ?action=nextnewest / ?action=nextoldest "

Functions are not working...
They are working fine for me... in my own forum, as well as in the demo forum here

Does it work for you when you disable Google SEO?
Any special settings?

Hmm, I thought it could be done since IPB/Cseo, Vb/Vbseo and other board software can use directory structures with minimal or no problems..

Is there at least a way to get it to display like this:

http://www.domain.com/Name-Of-Forum-fid

Forum the forum url's.

and

http://www.domain.com/Name-Or-Title-Of-Thread-tid

Basically just eliminating the word "Forum" before the forum title, and the word "Thread" before the thread title in the URL?

Spicefuse Seo uses similar Url's, but that modfication hasn't been updated since August 2008, and it's forum seems quite inactive which is why I turned to this modification.
Spicefuse SEO is implemented in a completely different way. And it didn't work too well for me (that's why I wrote my own plugin), and I'm not sure if those issues could be fixed.

The tid or fid alone isn't sufficient for distinguishing URLs (Foobar-123 could be either forum or thread or user named foobar with id 123). -f-id (or even just -f, you can already do just -f) would work for distinguishing.

Appending the id unconditionally isn't supported at the moment. Technically it would be possible to support this if you really want to keep the id in the URL. Not sure why you want that though - all it does is make the URL longer and harder to remember, which is why I replace the ID with the name / title in the first place.
Huh just installed a new forum MyBB and im only getting 1 thing not done, but i know its done and why is it doing this, thanks if your help if can help ...
It needs to be the first thing in the .htaccess IIRC.
Heart Great Help, Thanks Heart
This seems to confuse a lot of people. I'm not a native English speaker, any suggestions on how to rephrase the comment so that it becomes clear this rule wants to be the first rule? Or what else to do to make it more obvious?

How about this?

# Google SEO workaround for search.php highlights (make this the first rule!)
