There are no cookie changes stated in the thread you have linked to. Follow the instructions in the first post of this thread.

Have you tried clearing your Browsers cache and cookies? Perhaps adding a cookie Prefix might also work...

Why not try with out the prefix.

Added prefix but still the same prob, Just updating new post/thread, Login/Logout only by ctrl+shift+reload, Please guys help me on this.
