Cookie details are correct. Tried deleting settings.php, reverting database and home directory backup, nothing.

Yesterday I started getting problems when I login/out .
I login and I'm shown the default login message but I'm then taken back to the index page as a guest, only after refreshing the page I'm shown as logged in.

After clicking logout I'm shown the logout message but returned to the index page as logged in, if I click on a members name I'm shown the no permissions page and told to login, I then click on the index page and I'm shown as logged in. If I remove /index.php from the URL and click go I'm taken to the index page as logged out, but if I click on my logo (which links to mydomain.com/index.php) I'm then shown as logged in.

This is still happening despite logging out 59minutes ago (Last Active: 59 minutes ago).

I have set all the cookie paths correctly:
[attachment=34460]

I have deleted settings.php and it was successfully rebuilt, I have checked that settings.php and config.php are CHMOD to 666.

This is happening in FireFox, Chrome and Opera.
