I have changed the Admin Permissions to 'yes' to all but still nothing happens.

Ive searched throught my ftp but I still can't find where the perms.php file is to replace it O.o

Is it possible to choose who can play? For instance just admins and mods but no members or no guests?

Yes, you can, via changing the permissions of the membergroups

Yes, it's possible, you can't use then the perms.php but save normally your permissions

Lol, I've finally got it working, and have no idea what I did o.O
