There is literally nothing we can do without a URL, and in this case, having a test account. You haven't merged at any point, have you?? Modified anything?? Templates?? Files?? Plugins??

sorry. www.sm-radio.com/forum

Iv only got games seciton installed and also spicefuse shoutbox, never merged and not modified anything as i remember.

Note: MYBB software currently only used for games section but problem is global and not to do with that system as i have deactivated it and tryed.

test user: test
password: test09

if you can need ill pm you with a user that doesnt work with there user and pass.
You probably don't need the www in your cookie domain.
Hi MyBBs!

This is the problem my users are having (this is happening to heavy users that had never had problems before my upgrade to 1.4).
When they log in, the system ask them to change the password, they do it, and then the system says they have to rewrite the typical letters/numbers to confirm, but they never "see" the box with the letters/numbers.

What should I do? This had never happened to me.

Thanks!

Hola, Matt!
I don't get it. What Seeker says in number 1) is what my users are experiencing, but I really don't understand what link you mean.
Am I the one that has to do something or do they (my users) have to resort to another browser? Sorry, I don't understand. Sad
Au
You need to replace your member.php file with the one in that link.

Blush Hm... I will try! Never did that and sounds... strange to a non-Geek! Will be back if I fail to do it.
Thanks! Smile
I've got a problem with my site, http://www.themotormodder.com/forum/

I have tried every possible combo of cookie domains/path. They all give different results. The one that it is on now lets members log in and out like normal, but it makes it that I need to log in after every action in the AdminCP.

That setting is as follows:

cookie domain: ".www.themotormodder.com"
cookie path: "/forum/"

Every other combination (that I have tried) will yield less desireable results. For example, if I use the following,

cookie domain: ".themotormodder.com"
cookie path: "/forum/"

I will be able to use the AdminCP normally, but users will not be able to log out.

All help is appreciated.

James
