Well, What is the problem? Logging in / out or the ACP, Also, What are your Cookie Settings As of Now

The . just indicates all subdomains, so .www.domain.com isn't needed. The only reason you aren't able to login MattR is because you have the www, change this:
.www.domain.com

TO

.domain.com

And it will work.

Login problem. I get redirected to the main page of the forum everytime I click anything inside admin panel..

Looks like you didn't set your cookies settings correctly. How are they set?

var cookieDomain = ".inwebmasters.com";
var cookiePath = "/";

Cookies in the forum seem to work fine. So the problem is only inside the Admin CP?

When I login to acp and then click on any configuration and stuff it takes me to the forums !

Hmm, have you tried clearing your cookies?
