Matt,

I deactivated all plugins when the problem was brought to my attention. they are still inactive. Plugins are:
Cool Download BBCode (1.0)
Side Boxes! (3.0)
Thread Tooltip Preview (1.12)
Thread Viewer (1.0)
Topic Header (1.0)

Theme template is: DAJ Glass

No files/settings were touched after the last update and prior to this problem. I have checked the admin logs.

You can't get support here as you haven't got the minimum MyBB Powered By Message. Yours says Powered By Four Points by Sheraton, 2010-20112010 MyBB Group and the MyBB bit doesn't even link back to us.
Hi,

I am still facing same problem even I did all the step which mentioned by support member, my URL for the board is http://www.fpsharepoints.com it is really major issue for my website if it is not solving.

Kind Regards, Muneeb
Did you even read the first post of this thread?? Undecided

Change your cookie domain to .fpsharepoints.com
Please find attach file for the setting of board. but still facing the same problem? Sad
Change that to /board/ as that is what's currently in settings.php
Is there anyone who done the session setting for mybb admin? I tried my best I did all the step which you mentioned to me cookies reset , IE setting and also the my setting are same for the board configuration as you mentioned.

Anyone will help me to sort out this issue

Kind Regards, Muneeb ul haqHuh
Now you seem to have files in the wrong place. If you still can't login after this then you are just doing something wrong, every time I've looked at your forum the settings have been exactly the same, and always wrong.
