Could we please have a URL and a test account?

I am still having problems logging in.

I have tried everything said here, now I am at the stage where I need your help.

Done the downloading and deleting settings.php??

I tried using the original settings.php, and even let it restore by itself.

Deleted your browser cookies and restarted the browser?? Is everyone affected??

I did try clearing my cookies.

Try using a cookie prefix. I know it isn't the best fix but it may work.

Yes, in the general configuration settings, there's a setting for a cookie prefix, put something in there, it might force people's cookies to update.
