Okay so what is an iFrame, How can I avoid it and what should my cookie settings be?
I'm not sure how cookie settings work when the sites in an iframe, the best way is to get rid of it, it's to do with how your site is hosted so your host should know more about it.

I cant contact my host as of yet, would you be able to guess what cookie settings I should use or do you need to look at something like the FTP etc.
Well, with frames, I've never really known if it uses the actual URL, which is
http://rosegraphics.phpzilla.net, or the URL you access it with, which is
http://www.rosegfx.co.cc... i guess you could set the cookie domain to .rosegraphics.phpzilla.net but I can't guarantee that'll work.

EDIT: Nope keeps asking me to log into the Admin CP even when I have the cookie domain set as that.
Ah ha I found the problem, But I cant fix it (maybe you can) whenever I change the cookie Domain to .rosegraphics.phpzilla.net I save the settings. But whenever I save settings it Asks me to login and when I login it reverts back to .rosegfx.co.cc
So I am unable to change it.
edit settings.php first, then edit the settings from the settings page
