Looking at it again, you've done something that has messed up things... your lastpost links don't work, and the 'Who's in chat' thing is broken. My guess is that since you said it suddenly stopped working, something you added is interfering. What was the last thing you added before it went wrong??

ok uninstalling the chat room did nothing.
