The previous 1.9 theme concept board (that was actually running 1.8) has been shut down.
A new board that is actually running 1.9 (including Twig and the new theme) has been set up here:

Note that, as before, the theme is not complete and is still a work in progress.

Got the same error as well.
Yeah, that error has been showing occasionally for me. Haven't had a chance to see what's causing it.
There are still some things to iron out in 1.9 as you can see. We haven't merged the fixes from 1.8.16 and 1.8.17 into 1.9 yet either, so expect to see a couple of issues until we do so

I trust you will be adding some more transition timing etc to the collapse expand buttons and throughout the the theme

Yea, I'm waiting for more "behind the scenes" stuff such as ModCP and the UserCP.
Eventually, I like to see what the AdminCP looks like as well.
